I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), counselling, and personal development work to individuals (18+) who are currently experiencing emotional distress and who wish to make beneficial changes in their lives. My wide-ranging experience over 10+ years enables me to offer long- or short-term, personally-tailored therapy. Discreet, quiet room with easy parking and WC.

Specialist Services:

Especially experienced in mental health concerns; the effects & affects of disability, injury, & long-term chronic conditions/illnesses; work-related issues including unemployment, redundancy, & retirement. Also depression; anxiety, worries, fears, & phobias; loss & bereavement; relationship, family, & personal issues; stress & trauma. Telephone counselling available after initial face-to-face assessment appointment. Early evening appointments available. Fees can be negotiated for those on low incomes.
