Pure Pole Fitness school Herefords first an only Pole Fitness dance classes! Learn how to spin, dance and perform tricks. We teach anyone from beginners to super advanced. Annie Norris is a national competitor finalist and is one of the UK's top Pole dancers and instructors. Classes are held Monday - Thursday 7pm-8.20pm other classes available on request.
