The customer is always wrong!

Well I've been waiting for 2 months since my car was serviced by this garage to give them a fair chance to sort things out, but as expected no joy! A routine service with a specific request for an infosystem update led to no update and a broken usb (which was apparently my fault!) Now I have no connectivity at all between my iphone and the car inControl system. I told Paul the boss that who's fault it was need not be an issue as the car was under warranty, so he agreed to get it fixed and also to update the infotainment system as originally promised. I've chased and chased and chased with consummate politeness, and have received nothing but excuses and brush offs. B G Landrovers under the leadship of Paul the boss clearly have no intention of fixing my vehicle, hence you are reading this review. How this business has become half successful I really do not know. I was a new customer, so perhaps he just looks after his old ones. Anyway if you're reading this and are thinking of trusting him with your car, don't find out the hard way like I did, avoid him like the plague! C Jones Aylburton Glos
