We were tenants for a number of years with maitland rachel, during which time we had to wait up to 6 months for responses to requests and broken portions of the house were never fixed. I would like to echo what the other reviewer has said in that you should back up all communications as when you leave they look for any reason to keep your deposit. They will deduct money for modifications that had been requested and authorised by themselves as well as for ridiculous things like "sticky" or dusty worktops in a house that has not been lived in for over a month. Avoid like the plague.

Beware - not recommend
We had nothing but trouble with this company. Had various problems whilst living with the property and handing the house over at the end of our tenancy was a complete nightmare! Ensure you back up any contact you have with them in writing. Don't give in as they will try to keep the majority of the deposit at the end. Take your dispute to the TDS, we did and we now have the majority of our deposit back and are very happy with the result.
